Director of Medical Economics
Job Summary
Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Director of Medical Economics will manage cost-of-care analytics across payer contracts, develop reporting infrastructures, and lead AI strategies for claims analytics while collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own total cost-of-care analytics, including PMPM, utilization, and service grouper categories
- Build and maintain internal and external reporting stacks, including payer-facing savings dashboards
- Lead the medical economics AI strategy, identifying use cases for advanced analytics and reporting automation
Required qualifications
- Experience in medical economics, analytics, or a related field
- Strong background in cost-of-care analytics and reporting
- Proficiency in data infrastructure and analytics tools
- Experience with AI and advanced analytics in healthcare settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including finance and clinical operations
