Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Medical Affairs Governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global Medical Governance framework for Medical Affairs
• Oversee governance processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Lead inspection readiness efforts and act as a liaison for regulatory inspections and audits

Required Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (PhD, PharmD, MD) preferred; MS or equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs or related functions in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Strong background in Medical Governance, Compliance, and Regulatory Affairs
• Experience in global biotech/pharmaceutical environments across multiple regions
• Proven experience in developing SOPs and governance frameworks for medical organizations
