Director of Medical Information

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Medical Information.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain scientific medical information content and manage escalated inquiries
• Oversee the call center operations and respond to medical information inquiries from Health Care Providers
• Analyze trends in scientific insights and collaborate with cross-functional partners to update medical information content

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D. preferred), MD, NP/PA, or equivalent clinical experience
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, preferably in drug information delivery
• Experience in Medical/Drug information communication and management with a focus on customer service
• Familiarity with regulations and industry standards related to Medical Information and pharmaceutical interactions
• Leadership experience in managing projects and teams
