Job Summary
Owning the member engagement strategy, the full-time Director of Member Engagement will manage outreach performance and member activation for Chamber's attributed population in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the member engagement strategy, prioritizing members and defining outreach channels and messaging
- Design and optimize the member experience across all touchpoints, including welcome communications and satisfaction tracking
- Oversee vendor relationships and manage day-to-day execution of engagement campaigns, ensuring compliance and performance management
Required Qualifications
- 5-7+ years of experience in member engagement, population health, or marketing within a value-based care or managed care environment
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end member engagement strategies and vendor relationships
- Strong analytical skills to utilize performance data for decision-making
- Familiarity with regulatory considerations in member outreach, including TCPA compliance
- Ability to build and lead a team in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
