Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Member Experience and Innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational insights to senior leadership for key initiatives and growth plans
  • Act as a liaison between the President and market teams, representing the President's plans and actions
  • Oversee the development of internal and external meeting materials and manage special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Strategy, Health Care Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business Development
  • Experience in collaborating with senior leadership on business objectives
  • Ability to identify impacts, risks, and interdependencies in projects
  • Experience in developing presentations and operational plans
