Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Member Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement member satisfaction and retention strategies across all product lines
  • Provide strategic oversight for member experience activities to enhance brand awareness and retention
  • Analyze data and adjust strategies to maximize member outcomes and retention efforts
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required; MS in a Health Care related field preferred
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience
  • 7+ years of experience in Strategic Planning or Business Development
  • Preferred background in consumer experience
  • Must reside in Illinois
