Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Member Growth & Retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute the subscription growth and retention roadmap across various platforms
• Lead the Membership Growth team, providing day-to-day leadership and support while managing audience-specific memberships
• Develop membership strategies aligned with the organization's mission and engage with the Christian audience segments

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data/Analytics, Communications, or related field
• 7-10+ years of experience in subscription growth, lifecycle marketing, or digital revenue strategy
• Expertise in digital subscription or recurring revenue models, including acquisition and churn reduction
• Significant people management experience, including leading a small team
• Experience in a mission-driven or faith-based organization is preferred
