Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Member Insights to lead their Voice of Member program and enhance member experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Voice of Member strategy aligned with business goals
- Establish and manage key metrics to measure member experience and set data-driven goals
- Oversee feedback collection and analysis to drive improvements and enhance member experiences
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, statistics, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 8 or more years of experience in member experience, market research, or voice of customer programs
- 5 or more years of management experience leading teams and complex programs
- Expertise in member experience measurement methodologies and data analysis techniques
- Experience with CX technology platforms and analytics tools, such as Medallia or Qualtrics
