Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Member and Provider Service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership of the Member and Provider Service Contact Center
  • Develop and execute multi-year plans to enhance the contact center experience
  • Implement innovative tools to optimize performance and personalize service
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Health Care Management, or related field required
  • Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or similar) preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a contact center/customer service environment
  • Deep knowledge of Medicaid/Medicare operations and contact center metrics
  • Experience managing within regulated environments and responding to compliance reviews
