Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Membership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the implementation and maintenance of member tracking tools and ensure alignment with IT systems
  • Lead the development and execution of the Membership Tracking Plan and manage the full lifecycle of membership application processing
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and facilitate membership criteria reviews


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • At least 10 years of experience in membership services, health policy, or a related field
  • Strong background in healthcare, membership management, or regulatory environments
  • Proven ability to supervise teams and manage membership database systems
  • Able to obtain Public Trust clearance
