Director of Merchandise Planning

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing team, the full-time salaried Director of Merchandise Planning will develop merchandising plans and inventory strategies to meet financial objectives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversees the development of annual and monthly forecasts for sales, margin, and inventory
• Executes pre-season and in-season inventory plans that align with merchandising and marketing goals
• Leads the creation of retail pricing strategies in coordination with financial objectives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in planning and inventory management within a retail environment
• Ability to think strategically about business management
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data manipulation
