Job Summary

Leading the strategy and execution of merchandise presentation across all store formats, the full-time remote Director of Merchandise Presentation will enhance merchandising capabilities, develop visual standards, and drive sales productivity through collaboration with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance merchandising capabilities through targeted training and data-driven insights
• Develop and implement comprehensive merchandising and visual standards across all store formats
• Lead a high-performing team to drive continuous improvement and oversee merchandise presentation capital projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive retail leadership experience in merchandising, space planning, or store operations
• Experience leading large-scale, enterprise-wide teams in a multi-store environment
