Director of Merchandising

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

• Cultivate and support a leading-edge Merchandising team focused on key categories
• Develop and implement business strategies for category growth in collaboration with Senior Management and Executives
• Negotiate with vendors to secure pricing, promotional budgets, and growth incentives for strategic accounts

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of twelve (12) years of progressive experience in Merchandising, preferably in e-commerce
• Strong data analysis and pricing strategy background
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Business Suite; familiarity with WMS, EDI, SAP, Asana, and Tableau is a plus
• Ability to implement and prioritize multiple team projects effectively
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and relationship management skills
