Director of Merchandising

Job Summary

Leading the global merchandising strategy, the full-time remote Director of Merchandising will manage product lifecycle decisions, develop assortment strategies, and provide data-driven insights to enhance performance across e-commerce and retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the global merchandising strategy across e-commerce, retail stores, and international markets
• Own Product Lifecycle Management, making data-driven decisions on style exits and carryovers based on sales performance
• Lead global analysis of sell-through, margin performance, and inventory productivity to inform future strategies

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of merchandising experience within fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands
• Bachelor's degree in business, Merchandising, or a related field
• Proven experience operating at the Director level or higher in scaling businesses across multiple markets
• Deep expertise in e-commerce with experience supporting physical retail expansion
• Advanced capability in both e-commerce and retail metrics for data-driven decision-making
