Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize daily operations related to merchant relationships, including onboarding and support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or MBA in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in merchant operations or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in merchant operations
• Proficiency with merchant management systems, CRM tools, and data analytics software
• Strong knowledge of merchant processing components, such as underwriting and pricing
