Director of Mergers and Acquisitions

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Program Execution M&A.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of M&A professionals, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Oversee due diligence processes, financial analysis, and risk assessment for potential mergers and acquisitions
• Develop and implement integration strategies for acquired entities to ensure seamless transitions and value realization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline; master's degree preferred
• 12+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in a managerial or leadership role in M&A or corporate development
• Proven track record in managing large-scale M&A projects and initiatives
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, due diligence, and integration processes
• Certification in Project Management (PMP), Lean Six Sigma, or similar preferred
