A company is looking for a Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and projected financial information and develop detailed financial models
• Contribute to all aspects of strategic acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and integration
• Lead financial due diligence and coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or related field required
• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
• Minimum 7-10+ years of progressive experience in M&A analysis, business analysis, and project management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and partnering with senior executives
