Director of Messaging Operations

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of messaging processes, the full-time salaried Director of Messaging Operations will manage P&L, implement AI-driven automation, and cultivate partnerships within the messaging ecosystem while supporting geographic expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-million dollar P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and optimizing messaging strategy
• Reinvent messaging operations with AI across various functions including phone number provisioning and deliverability
• Lead and develop the team responsible for sender operations, deliverability, and commercial strategy

Required qualifications

• BA/BS or MBA from an accredited university
• 8+ years of work experience, including 5 years at a top-tier management consulting firm as an Engagement Manager
• Experience with AI in workflow re-engineering and strong intuition for its application
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, particularly in P&L modeling and vendor economics
• Proven leadership experience managing complex projects and coaching senior team members
