Director of Microsoft Cloud Architecture

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Microsoft Cloud & Data Solution Architecture (Azure, Microsoft Fabric).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the Microsoft cloud and data architecture vision and go-to-market offerings
• Build and lead a global team of Azure and Microsoft Fabric solution architects while establishing architectural governance
• Provide oversight and mentorship for delivery engagements involving Azure and Fabric data platforms

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in cloud and data architecture, including 6+ years in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
• Deep knowledge of Azure services and design patterns
• Hands-on architectural experience with Microsoft Fabric, lakehouse/warehouse patterns, and Power BI analytics
• Proven experience leading or scaling a solution architecture domain or practice
• Strong understanding of data platform architecture patterns and governance
