Director of Microsoft Governance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Microsoft Governance to develop and manage a governance framework for Microsoft 365 compliance and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of Microsoft 365 governance frameworks and manage compliance and risk management
• Manage a small team, providing leadership and performance feedback to achieve organizational goals
• Develop strategic roadmaps for data governance and oversee Microsoft 365 compliance solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related technical field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant professional experience in Microsoft 365 Security and Modern Work technologies
• Professional Certification such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert or similar is strongly preferred
• Experience in budget planning and management
• ITIL, PMP, or change management certifications are a plus
