Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Mid-Market Sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing sales enablement
- Ensure a tight sales process and develop sales/pipeline reports for the VP of Sales
- Collaborate with internal teams and build consensus across multiple business units to close complex deals
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience selling technical enterprise SaaS solutions and 2-3 years in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
- Experience managing teams with a hands-on approach in complex sales cycles
- Bachelor's degree required; previous sales methodology training preferred
- Experience in negotiating with senior management and managing enterprise sales cycles from start to finish
