Job Summary
Leading a high-performing sales organization, the full-time remote Director of Central Mid-Market Sales will develop and execute go-to-market strategies, coach senior sales professionals, and drive organizational change to accelerate new business growth across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional and national go-to-market strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of senior sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Influence cross-functional strategy by partnering with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align market feedback with company priorities
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams focused on acquiring new business
- 3+ years of direct cybersecurity sales experience with a record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue targets
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive sales strategies for long-term business objectives
- Demonstrated success in influencing executive stakeholders and driving alignment across teams
- Expertise in managing complex enterprise sales cycles with deal sizes of $100K-$500K+
