Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, DoD Military Family & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end business development pipeline for military family support agencies
• Identify and cultivate teaming arrangements with mid and large prime contractors
• Represent the company at relevant industry events and serve as the primary intelligence source on procurement landscapes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or program management in DoD digital health or military family benefits
• Active relationships within DHA, DMDC, MC&FP, Army IMCOM, or MEDCOM program offices
• Direct experience in a mid or large prime's business development or capture function
• Demonstrated history of successful execution of teaming arrangements
• Fluency in GovCon business development mechanics and targeted programs
