Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Head of Military & Government Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the nationwide expansion of VA partnerships and develop opportunities with DOD, TRICARE, and other government agencies
• Build and mentor a high-performing Account Management team to drive results and scale the VA business
• Optimize workflows and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or operations
• Experience in military, government, or VA-related organizations is preferred
• Proven success in managing external relationships with government entities or healthcare systems
• Strong cross-functional leadership experience in aligning teams to drive business growth
• Deep analytical and financial skills for assessing market opportunities and driving data-informed decisions
