Director of Mobile Engineering

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Mobile Engineering to lead the development of mobile applications for nuclear infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performance mobile engineering team focused on reliability, safety, and quality
• Drive the roadmap and execution for mobile applications supporting nuclear site operations and compliance workflows
• Define and enforce mobile architecture and technical standards for iOS and Android apps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master's degree is a plus
• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in mobile application development
• 3+ years of engineering leadership experience, including team management and mentoring
• Expertise in native mobile development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java) and mobile application security
• Demonstrated success in building mobile applications in complex, regulated environments
