A company is looking for a Director of Modeling & Insights to lead the development of advanced analytic models that enhance decision-making across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full modeling lifecycle from problem framing to ongoing monitoring
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models that drive measurable business impact
• Mentor and develop analytics teams while ensuring model validation and governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics)
• ACAS or FCAS preferred
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or actuarial modeling
• Proven experience in deploying advanced models with tangible business outcomes
• Experience in insurance or financial services preferred
