Director of Modeling Drug Development
Job Summary
Leading modeling and simulation activities in drug development programs, the full-time remote Director of Modeling Drug Development will execute advanced pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic analyses, provide technical leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support dose selection and study design.
Key responsibilities
- Independently execute advanced PK/PD, population PK, and exposure-response analyses
- Lead modeling strategy aligned with project objectives and regulatory expectations
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to the preparation of regulatory documents involving modeling
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. in pharmacometrics, clinical pharmacology, statistics, engineering, or related field
- At least 6 years of experience in modeling and simulation
- Strong hands-on experience with NONMEM or equivalent tools
- Proficiency in statistical programming (R, SAS, etc.)
- Experience contributing to regulatory documentation and analyses
