Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Mortgage Technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the system owner for ICE Mortgage Technology Encompass, including configuration and upgrades
• Define and execute the Encompass platform roadmap in alignment with business strategy and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop a Mortgage Technology team, fostering a culture of operational excellence

Qualifications & Skills

• 8+ years of mortgage technology or LOS experience with deep hands-on Encompass expertise
• 3+ years of people leadership experience managing technical or functional mortgage technology teams
• Experience in ensuring compliance with investor, agency, state, and federal regulatory requirements
• Proven track record in overseeing integrations between Encompass and third-party systems
• Ability to define and track KPIs for system usage and operational efficiency
