Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Motor Vehicle Accident (REMOTE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership to meet client expectations
• Ensure processes and inventory are in place to achieve revenue goals
• Support account managers in building and expanding client relationships

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of management or supervisory experience with teams of 10+
• 4+ years of experience in a healthcare, IT, or managed care setting, preferably in Finance/Collections or Revenue Recovery
• Strong knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
• Extensive understanding of insurance payer/provider claim processing
