Director of MRO and PD Services

Job Summary

Driving strategic growth in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Director of MRO and PD Services will manage the company's Maintenance, Repair & Operations and Product Development Services portfolio, focusing on service revenue expansion, customer partnerships, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and P&L for MRO and PD Services, driving sustainable growth and customer loyalty
• Serve as the executive sponsor for key enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment between service delivery and business outcomes
• Lead high-performing teams to implement scalable processes for service delivery and project execution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership within manufacturing, industrial services, or B2B technology environments
• Proven success in growing service-based revenue and leading P&L responsibility
• Deep understanding of MRO operations and product development services
• Strong financial and analytical skills with experience in pricing and business modeling
