Director of MSAT Advanced Therapies

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Programs & Portfolio MSAT Advanced Therapies, LCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic advanced therapies product technology roadmaps and translate objectives into actionable milestones
• Lead cross-functional teams in implementing high-value solutions for new technology, science, and processes
• Manage portfolio health and communication with stakeholders, ensuring technical requirements are met throughout the lifecycle of new solutions

Required Qualifications

• University/Bachelor's Degree in Science/Engineering or equivalent with 10-12 years of Biotech/Pharmaceutical experience, or a Master's/PhD with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience in manufacturing operations or R&D in a biopharmaceutical setting
• Deep knowledge of cGMP guidelines and regulatory compliance requirements
• Experience in program investment analyses and forecasting to ensure portfolio-level value realization
• Project-dependent travel may be required
