Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, MSK/RBM Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to shape and communicate the long-term vision and strategy for MSK/RBM specialty solutions
• Translate strategy into execution by evaluating opportunities and guiding decision-making across the performance portfolio
• Lead performance initiatives through all phases of design and execution, monitoring key metrics and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of healthcare management or consulting experience
• Experience with health plans, integrated delivery systems, or outpatient practices
• Strong project management skills with a history of managing projects effectively
• Background in value-based care organizations, with specialty care management experience preferred
• Ability to generate insights from complex data and present to various audiences
