Director of MSR Technology

Job Summary

To support servicing operations and transaction management processes, the full-time remote Director of MSR Technology will manage technology solutions, ensure effective onboarding, and drive process improvements while collaborating with business and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support transaction management activities and integration of client-facing Exchange functionality into operational workflows
• Perform data validation related to servicing transfers and assist with the design and implementation of system enhancements
• Develop operational reporting and analytics to identify trends and support investor portfolio management activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
• Seven to ten years of experience in mortgage servicing, transaction management, or related financial operations
• Working knowledge of system integrations, data mapping, and workflow design
• Familiarity with servicing platforms and transaction management tools
• Strong analytical skills to translate business processes into technical solutions
