Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, MSSP Quality, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of the MSSP Quality program and inter-team coordination
• Develop strategies for MSSP Quality performance and report to senior leaders on status and issues
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to drive collective success and process improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in relevant fields
• Expertise in HEDIS Quality-related work, preferably with the Medicare Shared Savings Program
• Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence across various levels
• Expert-level understanding of MSSP quality program policies and measures
