Job Summary

Focusing on originating Multifamily/Agency Multifamily loans, the full-time salaried Director of Multifamily Capital Markets will develop marketing strategies, manage client relationships, and analyze loan opportunities across various property types in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve origination goals based on budgeted volume targets
• Maintain and expand client relationships while providing market intelligence and loan opportunity evaluations
• Collaborate with analysts and deal managers to manage loan processes and ensure effective communication throughout transactions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Ten years of experience with an institutional real estate lender in commercial real estate origination and transaction management
• Demonstrated origination track record
