Job Summary

Overseeing the daily operations of the National Accounts sales support team, the full-time remote Director of National Accounts will focus on driving sales growth, enhancing customer relationships, and optimizing product mix for clients.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the National Accounts sales support team and ensure effective operations
  • Identify opportunities for margin and sales growth while providing accurate product analysis to the sales team
  • Develop and mentor staff through training, performance management, and maintaining employee morale
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in people management, including hiring and development
  • Proficiency in business analytical skills and experience with documenting workflows and requirements
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including creating pivot tables and utilizing various functions
