Job Summary
Driving growth and maximizing sales opportunities, the full-time remote Director of National Accounts will manage relationships with key accounts in the national convenience store channel, develop and execute sales strategies, and oversee contract negotiations.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts while pursuing new business opportunities in the chain store segment
- Negotiate and manage contracts with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms that align with company goals
- Continuously analyze market trends and adapt sales strategies to maintain and grow market share
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree or industry certifications are advantageous
- 8+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years managing key/national account relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets with similar key accounts
- Experience in consultative sales and developing relationships across various organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities
