Director of National Operations

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Director of National Operations will manage national plan relationships and contract strategy for the Aspen Dental and WellNow brands, overseeing a team while improving operational processes and ensuring compliance in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with insurance company contacts for assigned national plans
• Oversee the operational relationship with assigned national plans, including grievances and rate validation
• Monitor contract performance and collaborate with leadership on strategic business development efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 7 or more years of management or supervisory level experience in managed care contracting
• Direct experience with insurance and provider contracting
• Strong exposure to healthcare operations, preferably in a clinical setting
• Broad knowledge of healthcare insurance, billing, and reimbursement practices
