Director of National Payer Accounts

Job Summary

Director of National Payer Accounts is a full-time position responsible for driving formulary access and coverage for COMP360 across national Commercial and Medicare payers, while collaborating with various internal teams to ensure effective execution of payer strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies to optimize formulary positioning for COMP360
• Establish and maintain strategic relationships with payer customers for coverage and contracting discussions
• Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of COMP360 to payer audiences

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma/biotech market access with experience in National payer account management
• Proven track record in negotiating and securing formulary access for specialty or breakthrough products
• Deep knowledge of the US payer landscape and formulary decision-making processes
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in relevant fields
• Experience in hands-on launch at a growth-stage biotech with strong stakeholder management skills
