Director of Native American Finance

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of tribal clients, the full-time remote Director of Native American Finance will oversee all aspects of the Native American Financial Services credit portfolio, including originating, monitoring, and renewing complex financing solutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Originate, analyze, structure, and execute commercial loan transactions while adhering to credit and regulatory requirements
• Deepen and retain customer relationships by evaluating and mitigating business risks and opportunities
• Manage credit monitoring and portfolio risks, ensuring underwriting quality and compliance

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8 or more years of experience in Commercial or Corporate Banking Portfolio Management, including underwriting
• Experience in negotiating, structuring, and closing complex commercial loan transactions
• Familiarity with Native American Financial Services, Government, Commercial Gaming, Healthcare, or Non-Profit lending
• Proficiency in software programs such as Word and Excel, with the ability to learn new systems quickly
