Director of Network Analytics

Job Summary

To support the growth of pharmacy network contracting, the full-time remote Director of Network Analytics will manage data governance, advanced analytics, and reporting to ensure data integrity and drive insights for decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the informatics framework for pharmacy network contracting, ensuring data consistency and integrity
• Design advanced network models and analytical frameworks to evaluate reimbursement strategies and provider performance
• Lead the development of standardized reporting and dashboards for network performance and deliver actionable insights through analyses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare analytics, or pharmacy informatics
• 3+ years of leadership experience with a focus on developing high-performing teams
• Demonstrated experience with claims data and complex data environments
• Proven ability to lead analytics or informatics functions in a regulated healthcare setting
