Director of Network Automation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Network Automation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of automation solutions for network provisioning and service integration
• Establish coding standards and oversee the development of Infrastructure as Code pipelines
• Direct and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of professional software engineering

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of eight years' experience in software development, DevOps, or network automation
• At least three years' experience in an engineering management or director-level role
• Expert-level understanding of Linux systems, Kubernetes, Helm, Kafka, and the Python ecosystem
• Experience with Django/FastAPI and API design (REST/gRPC) is preferred
