Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Network Development to oversee the development and management of insurance networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract negotiations with major health systems and large physician groups
• Build and maintain relationships with providers to support local market strategies
• Collaborate cross-functionally to manage provider compensation and pricing development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
• 7+ years of experience in provider contracting and/or health insurance
• Current experience with hospital and large group contracting in the relevant state
• Existing relationships with major health systems and large physician groups in the relevant state
• Experience negotiating delegated credentialing agreements
