Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Network Development in Healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage contract negotiations with major health systems and large physician groups in Texas and Oklahoma
• Lead and mentor a team of negotiators while ensuring high-volume contracting requirements are met
• Build and maintain relationships with providers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive network growth

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• 7+ years of experience with health plan or provider organizations
• A minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in provider negotiating and contracting in Texas and Oklahoma
• Existing relationships with major health systems and large physician groups in Texas and Oklahoma
• 5+ years of experience as a people manager
