Director of Network Development

Job Summary

To support the growth of a leading dental benefits provider, the full-time salaried Director of Network Development will manage the expansion and quality of the dental provider network, ensuring compliance with regulations and developing strategic recruitment plans while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the recruitment and administration team to achieve targeted recruitment goals
• Develop and execute the Annual Network Development Plan in collaboration with leadership and sales
• Oversee provider compliance with state and federal regulations while maintaining strong relationships with providers

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or 10 years of relevant experience in dentist recruitment
• Minimum 7 years of experience focused on dentist recruitment in the Group Health/Dental fields
• At least 3 years of leadership experience within a health plan
• Proven ability to manage effectively in a matrix organization
• Knowledge of reimbursement principles and Medicare/Medicaid financing rules and regulations
