Director of Network Development

Job Summary

To build and scale a caregiver and provider network, the full-time remote Director of Network Development will own the strategy and execution of market prioritization, outreach, and partnership development while managing a small team of network builders.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategy and playbook for building and scaling the backup care network, including market prioritization and expansion sequencing
• Lead grassroots outreach to local providers and manage end-to-end partnerships, ensuring a reliable caregiver network
• Track network health metrics and adjust outreach tactics based on data analysis to meet coverage and fill-rate goals

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building networks or partnerships in a marketplace or gig-economy business
• Proven track record of setting market-prioritization and expansion strategies while personally opening new markets
• Experience recruiting and vetting service providers or caregivers at scale
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with external partners
• Experience managing or mentoring a small team with clear accountability for goals
