Director of Network Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Network Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute regional network strategy across 11 states to meet adequacy requirements and optimize costs
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with health systems and providers to enhance network competitiveness
• Lead and develop a team of negotiators, overseeing performance management and capability building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred
• 7-10 years of healthcare contracting or network management experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in negotiating major provider contracts and managing complex health system relationships
• Experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Auto networks is strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills for contract analysis and market assessment
