Director of Network Management

Job Summary

Managing complex contracting and negotiations, the full-time salaried Director of Network Management will oversee provider relationships, develop strategic initiatives, and lead a team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex contracting and negotiations for fee-for-service and value-based reimbursements with healthcare providers
• Build and nurture provider partnerships while identifying opportunities for value-based business initiatives
• Lead projects related to contracting strategy and ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Healthcare, Business, or equivalent industry experience; MBA or MHA preferred
• 5+ years of experience in contracting and negotiating within complex delivery systems
• Significant experience in leading and mentoring teams
• Knowledge of complex reimbursement methodologies and incentive-based models
• Proven ability to develop and manage key provider relationships
