• 5+ years of experience in team management and leadership
• Proven track record in building and scaling operational teams in technology-driven environments
• Deep knowledge of payments networks and regulatory considerations for digital assets
• Familiarity with generative AI models and experience with Slack, Apple MacOS, and GSuite
