Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Senior Director, Network Operations Center (NOC).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the NOC organization to ensure operational excellence
• Oversee career development, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members
• Define and implement scalable processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a Network Operations Center or IT operations environment
• Proven track record in leading large-scale teams and driving operational efficiencies
• Deep expertise in network infrastructure and incident management
• Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and network monitoring tools
